Hamara has grown to be the largest ethnic minority organisation in the voluntary and community sector in Leeds.


    We are committed to employing a workforce that reflects the community we serve. In order to monitor our progress, we ask you to answer the questions below. If you do not wish to complete all or any part of this monitoring form, you do not have to do so. (This form and your personal details on the application form will be separated from the rest of the application form).
  • Hamara wants to meet the aims and commitments set out in its equality policy. This includes not discriminating under the Equality Act 2010, and building an accurate picture of the make-up of the workforce in encouraging equality and diversity. The organisation needs your help and co-operation to enable it to do this, but filling in this form is voluntary.
