IV Annual Health Event

Following on from our successful health event 2007, Hamara is once again aiming to work in partnership with many city wide organisations (such as the PCT) and other health professionals to hold our IV annual event.  The details are as follow: 

Date: Thursday 13th November 2008

Time: 10am - 3pm

Venue: Hamara       

The event is to target and attract the local population from the many diverse communities and we are also keen to encourage visitors to the event from across the city.

 

We are looking for a variety of health professionals to come along and contribute to the event.

The aim is to proactively help prevent ill health and to address health inequality and access to health services. This would apply to both acute services and the primary prevention programmes working across the city.

 

If you would like to book a stall, please fully complete the booking form.  Likewise, if you would like more information on the support you will receive on the day and to discuss your needs, please feel free to attend one of the following planning meetings; the next one is scheduled for:

Monday 1st September 2008 at Hamara

(and then every fortnight)

(Please let us know if you are able to attend).

 

We will be using the entire building this year and also possibly Building Blocks.
